Trout and Char We are truly blessed with "world class" fly fishing for Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout. There are virtually thousands of lakes, rivers and streams to fish within a short drive. Sea-run Cutthroat are abundant in the Fraser and Harrison Rivers most of the year with prime time being the spring and fall months. They are revered by the locals and have an almost cult like following of ardent Fly Fishers. A good fishery exist in some local lakes for Dolly Varden Char. They can be caught during the summer and fall months to sizes of up to 20 pounds on ultra-lite tackle. |
